“Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It was raining during our stay and the staff were working tirelessly to keep the floors shinning and free of dirt tracked in from the street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and the staff would serve you and make omelets or sunnyside-up, The area at night was quiet and it was easily accessible as it is in the town centre. The beds are comfortable and washrooms have enough towels, soap and shampoo. Tub also drains well. Only missing...

“The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.”

“Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments. “Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel”

“My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. ”
