“Clean room, continental breakfast”

“I booked a double queen but once we got there there were none left so we had to get a single king for 3 people. Nothing was offered for the mix up.”

“Easy check in, clean facility, nice bedding, quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was great. Good location for going to Lake Lanier.”

“What a great place to stay!!! I cannot say enough great things. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“On arrival the front desk staff were short and rude. when we went to pool there were no towels we asked front desk 3 times and they said towels were there. 4th time said a girl was on her way with them and never showed up. They couldn’t have been more rude. There was blood on pool deck not cleaned up for entire stay. There was fake nail sitting on pool deck as well. Water fountain was rusted. Staff told us to use water fountain to fill bottles instead of offering the water in restaurant, which...

“Room was clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. The only negative was the bathroom fan did not work and low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower had plenty water pressure. I would stay there again for sure!”

“Hidden pet fee. Disappointing when you are being charged $75 dollars a night. And no where does it state a pet fee.”

“I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.”
