“Breakfast was better than decent. Jennifer was the eputomy of customer service, talking with each table about their needs. Front desk were very pleasant in check in and check out. The room was larger than expected with couch and table under TV, microwave, coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs. The pancake maker was either broken or old as it took forever to make one. There is a $10/day fee that covers 2...

“It's a motel. But rooms were clean. Unfortunately alot of Marijuana smell coming in the room from outside. The shower was older and the tub drained super slow. It was clean and had all the needs.”

“New property in an odd location. Front desk wasn't super friendly but we were there on business for the room not socializing. Room was clean but not as quality as what we've come to expect with Hilton. Breakfast was one of the smallest and simplest I've seen at a hotel in some time. “Checking in was fast booking through Expedia. Room is exactly as I would expect a smoking room at a motel in WV to be. It's in a convient spot but if I was traveling for a real vacation maybe not.was a great place to for a one night event.”

“Lots of hotels in this area and we've stayed at most of them. Garden Inn is one of the nicer properties- will pay a little more, and breakfast isn't included (although they have a good restaurant you can purchase at)...but if looking for a little nicer than just laying down your head stay here.”
