"I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. The breakfast itself was poor in both variety and quality, with excessively high prices. The floors in the room and bathroom were never cleaned during our three-day stay, nor was the shower tray.
