“It is a double bed as advertised - not a queen! Location was fabulous to Bayside MarketPlace. It was nice to have option at hotel next door to leave bags for a small fee if you have a late flight out. TV was more complicated than it should be so we did not bother. Having the kitchenette with a full frig/freezer was fantastic!”

“Uno dei migliori hotel del centro di Miami, ottima posizione sul mare, difronte a Bayfront Park e vicinissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Tutto il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, il check in è veloce ed abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito. Le camere ampie, completamente rinnovate, la nostra con vista mare, letti molto comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. La hall e tutte le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti, molto luminose e spaziose. Ottimo il ristorante Toro Toro. ”

We had and old noisy room.
The most incredible stuff happened at check-out time when the one of the six elevator was out of service (for three days) and it took us over 20 mins to go from floor 27 to the lobby.
All guests were packed in the elevator as I’ve never seen before! None of the COVID prevention measures was taken and none cared. Absurd!
Not really much recommend in the end.

“Beautiful and spacious apartment with easy check-in/check-out and convenient parking. The location is also quite close to downtown, which is a plus.
Suggestion for Management:
For added security and peace of mind, it would be great if tenants could lock the door from the inside. Additionally, ensuring the gate remains locked would enhance overall safety.

“Location and view 10 out of 10!!! We stayed at this property for 4 days before our Royal Caribbean cruise out of Port Miami. The port is a 10 minute uber ride. The location is safe to walk around. The mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The mall area has tons of restaurants PF Changs, Chipotle, Starbucks etc.

So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. Il personale gentile, ma poco utile e poco attento alle necessità del cliente.
Colazione con poca scelta, e sala colazione sottodimesionata rispetto alla dimensione dell'hotel.
Durante il nostro soggiorno funzionava un solo ascensore su due, cosa che creava non poche difficolta dato che la struttura ha camere dislocate su 16 piani.
La vista dalla nostra camera devo dire che era molta bella e questo ha alzato il punteggio della mia recensione."
