Hotel vicino a James White Fort - Knoxville

“Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

That was a bit of a surprise and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since I noticed that Expedia had different prices for each hotel, which felt misleading.
