First time staying at the Tru, mainly because it’s fairly new. But between the friendly staff and the room, it’s a definite that I’ll be staying there again when I travel back to WI.

I really didn’t like that there wasn’t a picture of the pool area and was very disappointed learning there wasn’t a hot tub. I also was surprised the front desk didn’t have a safety pin. I really liked the customer service and front room! Super functional and pretty! I thought the pillows were not the greatest but loved there wasn’t carpet! Seriously awesome there’s no carpet in room and rubber seals on the shower!!! Break fast was delectable although pancakes weren’t the fluffiest. Thank you so much for this hotel!

Very short stay but very impressed and would love to go back when not just stopping for a quick rest during a very long drive home. Extremely impressed that we were able to also charge our car overnight at no additional cost!

Beware of this property if travelling with your pet. They list a Pet DEPOSIT of $100/night in the listing. Upon arriving at the property the $100 DEPOSIT was really a $100/night CHARGE!! We left the hotel having never set foot in the room or staying the night and told a refund would be granted. Only the pet charge was refunded not the room charge. Not a positive experience.

This the third Tru I have stayed in recently. Google Maps directions to the entry were wrong or misleading in each case. Quite strange. Otherwise an excellent value.

Very clean. Loved the mid century look. Clean lines and no clutter. That being said, the coffee situation is deplorable. No maker in the room and the 24/7 lobby coffee was worse than bad.

First time staying here. Was in town for Flannelfest and the hotel was clean, convenient to the expressway and downtown. There are 2 hotels in the same entrance...be sure you check which one you are going to...kind of confusing!

We liked the location, near the hwy. The hotel has only been open for 2 weeks so everything was very clean and new. It was quiet and the bed sheets were super soft. We love Hilton hotels!
