“Great location- water views & set in a nice precinct. Shopping, good restaurants close by. Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was very good, nice selection & the staff were friendly & ensured they provided plenty of tea or coffee & refills. All staff from check in to the guys at front desk outside hotel were super friendly & professional. “We didn’t have breakfast including but there was lots of restaurants around the property. Free coffee was really nice! The room was abut warm but couldn’t adjust temperature. ”

“Good location. Transportation, convenience stores and dining options nearby. Room had some fancy wall panels with a warning sign about expensive repairs, maybe not suited for families with young kids. Shower is in the bathtub, not separate.”

“This hotel is very convenient and clean. The staff, though few, are very helpful and efficient. Wifi in the room is very good. Laundry at every odd level, L7, L9 and L11. 3kg for 600yen, include dryer. You can change the coins at reception. I like their skin care set. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Yokohama.”
