“Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! ”

The location is ideal as it’s near the freeway and major roads, and in a quiet neighborhood. “The townhouse was great/as expected. Simple decor, good size room, and very clean. The outside was well lit. Private/gated parking in the back as well as a parking pad in the front. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night.
