“We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard!
Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar.
We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. ”
“The check in clerk was so sweet and accommodating and understanding of our situation. She tried her best to make sure we were able to still get a room that day even though we booked for the wrong weekend and the new reservation wasn't coming up on her end. ”
“I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!”
“I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price”

It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
“Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle!
Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road.
Overall, it’s pretty good!”
“Excellent location, Very Comfortable
I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, quality linens. The desk, lighting and other amenities such as coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator make it extra...
