The villa is spread across two floors and ideal for families. The top floor features a renovated and semi-open fully fitted kitchen. There’s a living room with panoramic views, a Smart TV, airconditioning and dining room also with amazing view.



The two bedrooms on this level are both equipped with airconditioning and wardrobe space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There’s a separate modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The covered naya on this level offers stunning sunset views, creating an amazing dining experience.



Downstairs, there’s an independent living space. There’s a modern open kitchen that is fully equipped, a living room with sofa, TV, airconditioning and dining table. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds, airconditioning and wardrobe space. Finally, there’s a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.



The outdoor area is perfect for summer evenings, with a spacious garden, a large private swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen for barbecues.
