Our villa is carefully positioned to face south, with the Montgó mountain to the north creating a microclimate, making it a wonderful place to enjoy the sun all year round! "Paso Lento" is situated on a double lot of 2,500 m², dotted with Mediterranean trees and designed to offer countless inviting spots where you can relax in the sun or enjoy the cool shade, with the imposing Montgó mountain as a breathtaking backdrop.<br><br>Ample on-site parking for 4–5 cars. Both the villa and the outdoor areas have recently been completely renovated! Start your morning with a cup of coffee in our chill-out area next to the kitchen, or enjoy your breakfast in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen—complete with water, a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and BBQ. The summer kitchen opens onto three spacious terraces—one with a 3-meter-long table and chairs under the lovely shade of the pergola, the second with extremely comfortable sofas and beautiful natural-fiber umbrellas, and the third with sunbeds ideal for sunbathing. There are more than enough seating and lounge areas, even for a group of 10 people. Sunbeds are also available on the other side of the pool, along with an Ibiza-style sofa where you can relax and admire the beauty of Montgó Mountain.<br><br>The house is, as it were, seamlessly integrated into the landscape, allowing the landscape to tell you its stories. On the other side of the house, you’ll find a beautiful lawn surrounded by mature trees that provide cooling shade while you enjoy a gentle, warm breeze or relax during your daily yoga practice (yoga mats are also available). Feel free to pick some fruit from our mini orchard to refresh yourself. And how about lazing in the hammock under the shade of the 20-meter-high ficus trees? For those who love games, there is a ping-pong table, bocce, and a large Jenga set.<br><br>The villa is spread over two levels, with a few steps along the pool to reach the main level and entrance hall. It is a three-aspect property, featuring an open-plan living/dining/kitchen layout from which you can enjoy beautiful views through every window. This spacious area leads to a naya, filled with natural light and featuring very comfortable lounge furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and views of the garden and pool all year round. The high-quality custom kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stunning views of the palm trees and surrounding mountains. On this level, there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with 180x200cm box-spring beds, 3 of which can be separated if desired; however, we have ensured that when joined together, you sleep in one large bed (with no gaps between the mattresses). On the lower level (which can also be accessed from the outside), there are two additional bedrooms, a kitchenette with a coffee machine and minibar (so you don’t have to go upstairs if you need coffee or a refreshment), and a spacious bathroom.<br><br>Around the villa, you can also go for walks, bike rides, or hike up Montgó—we can provide you with all the necessary information. The picturesque port of Jávea and the area’s beaches—both sandy and pebbly—are just a short drive away, so you can easily visit them several times a day if you wish.
