• Posizione unica con fantastica vista panoramica a 180 gradi sul mare, nel resort di lusso di Javea. Vista dominante sulla splendida spiaggia di Ambolo, con ampie vedute sul mare verso Moraira e Calpe. Zona tranquilla, tutto il giorno soleggiato, esposto a sud.
• 5 camere matrimoniali molto confortevoli e lussuose, tutte con vista sul mare (3 con bagno moderno). Aria condizionata in tutte le camere. 10 + 2 posti letto (divano letto doppio). Opzione per 2 letti aggiunti, che consente di dormire fino a 14. Opzione per culle.
• 10mx5m grande piscina con vista sul mare, con WC in pool house e doccia esterna. Selezione di spazi esterni a bordo piscina per prendere il sole, tra cui 2 aree coperte con mobili da giardino per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. 2 barbecue.
• Ampio e imponente soggiorno a doppia altezza con 3 grandi divani, camino, WiFi, TV a schermo piatto, console di gioco, TV satellitare (Sky News, TNT francese), TNT spagnolo. Area salotto separata Entrambi con vista sul mare. Aria condizionata (fredda e calda).
• Sale da pranzo interne ed esterne, con vista panoramica sul mare. Terrazze coperte al largo degli spazi abitativi, tutte con splendide viste sul mare.
• Cucina (con piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, doppio frigorifero, macchina da caffè Nespresso, bollitore). Dalla cucina, accesso alla terrazza esterna con vista sul mare e barbecue.
• Villa su 3 livelli, con un giardino terrazzato con pini mediterranei e palme. Scale fino alla casa dal livello della strada e alla terrazza della piscina. Non adatto per sedia a rotelle. Non disturbato dal faro di Cap de la Nau.
• Lavanderia con lavatrice.
• Aria condizionata fredda / calda inclusa nei prezzi. La casa può essere riscaldata secondo necessità con l'aria condizionata (si prega di notare che i radiatori non sono in uso).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison ! Très bien équipée, confortable. La vue est incroyable ! C’est splendide ! Nous la recommandons vivement ! Hôte très arrangeante et agréable ! Arrivée facile et autonome. J’espère que nous reviendrons !

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is stunning and the view, breathtaking. The house was set up well for a number of families as each room has its own bathroom and there are plenty of communal areas and space. We had great fun in and around the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book to stay here again. Isabel has been a fantastic host. If you are thinking of booking, there are some things to be aware of - - There are a lot of stairs from the kitchen area to the pool, if you struggle with stairs or have small children this may be tricky. We ended up getting a cool bag and taking drinks and food to the pool side. - The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. - A car is essential in this area. - Make sure you read the welcome pack on arrival, it’s got some key info in it about your hot water and it’s also really informative. I saw in a previous review that they said the property needed updating. There are some updates required but it’s nowhere near as bad as the review stated. The house is authentic, which we loved. Over all, a thoroughly wonderful place and wonderful hosts.

Isabel's and Sylvain's villa was probably the best decision we could have made for accommodation in Javea. It has everything you can imagine: Incredible views over the Mediterranean sea on both floors (and one bedroom), a very large pool (too bad it can't be lit at night, but I'm certainly one of the very few night swimmers ;), huge terraces, a fireplace and even two barbecue areas. The property is huge: there are 5 bedrooms on two levels and even a small, second living room! The price is an absolute bargain, especially if you occupy this space with a large family or friends. Over the years, a few things are of course no longer in mint condition (a former guest had complained on Vrbo about this), but from my own experience I can say: not every guest takes good care of things and therefore it is impossible to keep such a large property in owner condition. However, the service in case of problems was excellent and as I said, Isabel and Sylvain rent at a more than fair price! We would be happy to stay at the villa again.

We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's. We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful landscape and plants. Enterring the house was overwhelming because it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view is breathtaking from every room! This house is like a resort and we felt like celebrities to have such a wonderful space all to ourselves. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time here together. We found great grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive. We went to Valencia twice for a paella cooking class and silk scarf painting class. We went to surrounding beaches amd exploed some of the rocky coasts. During our stay, Isabel was in contact with us frequently and the check in and check out was very simple. There were suggestions for restaurants and lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this home and I cant wait to return!! Thank you Isabel for being a wonderful host and allowing us to experience your beautiful home!!

Although the views are stunning , the actual villa itself is VERY tired. We contacted the owner who does not live in Spain and an agent Nicole was sent asking us to wattsapp our grievances. 27 pictures of complaints were sent showing stained linen, cushions , seats, rugs, poor general maintenace, even some bedrooms smelling of drains or damp, lights not working, kitchen doors broken, cracked and worn furniture...the list is endless. We had no hot water in one room and we were told a plumber would come but they didnt. This villa needs some TLC and money spent on it as the photos that are advertised are not what the villa is in reality. We were SO disappointed in the poor attention to detail. This villa is a money maker for the owner who has not put any of that money back into the property for years in order to make it a pleasant experience for their guests. Although it has huge potential , I would not recommend anyone to stay there until the maintenance and refresh of the property is complete.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der wundervollen Villa Agavea, in Javea. Wir waren 7 Personen, 3 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager. Wir hatten eine unglaubliche Zeit. Buchung, Anreise von Valencia und Check-In waren unkompliziert und perfekt vorbereitet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad waren top saniert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nette Restaurants in Javea und Take Away vom Inder Everest Spice bei der eigenen unbezahlbaren Aussicht waren wirklich toll. Überall sind auch schattige Bereiche, auch Naturschatten, wenn die Sonne zu heiß wird. Großer toller Pool zum Erfrischen. Kleine Buchten in Wandernähe. Kontakt zu Vermietern herzlich und sofort erreichbar. Ein guter großer Supermarkt Consum in der Nähe, bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Isabel!

The views are spectacular, the house is positioned on a hill you are not overlooked. Despite a few teething issues all was resolved very promptly thanks to the owner Isabel who was brilliant in responding. The house is well appointed and has everything you could ask for. There are a series of steps to get down to the various levels so would be difficult for an elderly person or young children. However the views are gorgeous and worth the decline.

Breathtaking entrance. Gorgeous views. Absolutely incredible! Isabel is a perfect host. She provided everything that we needed. I can’t get over the views, the setting, the comfort of the home. So many sections to the home that there was enough privacy . I managed to do my workout on the terrace without bothering anyone. Someone could be by the pool, someone else could meditate in the second living room. Incredible. My review wouldn’t even do it justice. Note: the building works are happening but we were lucky that it didn’t coincide with relaxing events. Other than that the great views trump the disturbance (beyond the control of anyone) I would return in a heartbeat 💕

The villa fulfilled our dreams of a family holiday. Just a couple of points worth mentioning...the balustrade to the right of the pool when facing the sea seemed to have a slight movement. We thought if a heavy person was to lean on it, there was a danger of collapse. The tap in the shared bathroom was extremely loose, and probably just needs adjusting.

Something for everyone in this villa. Lots of space, plenty of comfort and multiple areas to dine with our family. Spectacular views of the bay, pool and poolside equipped for sunbathing or taking in the view. ( in my family’s case- workouts and TikTok videos) . Property has all we needed from cooking equipment to seating for all. Bedrooms all very spacious, bbq useful and lots of shaded areas by pool. Close to supermarkets . Host was most helpful with information before and during our stay. Truly amazing experience has by all of us during our holiday time. Thank you

We were supposed to to in 2020, but... well.. covid... then last year our grandchild was born in the March, we had to postpone, Isabel was fantastic and so understanding and moved out holiday yet again. We finally got there this June. When we arrived, apart from the villa being lovely, the views are incredible. There are a lot of steps down to the pool, so we can back fitter lol.. but worth it, so amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in May 2022. Set in a quiet and charming neighbourhood on a beautiful part of the coast. Breathtaking views from when you enter through the patio doors in the lounge, the terrace is a great spot to just relax and listen to the waves. Inside the villa is homely and very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well furnished with a good stock of books, games and toys. Kitchen has everything you need and more to prepare meals and a good size fridge freezer. Lovely pool area with more fantastic views, as listing states there are lots of steps down to pool area - we had no major issues apart from a few of the steps down to level 2 struggling to drain water when it rained heavily but it soon cleared when the rain stopped. Isabel was an excellent host, we originally booked for 2020 and the rearranging of plans in reactions to lockdown were handled very quickly and with little stress - we are so pleased we finally got to come and enjoy such a beautiful home. We were provided with very detailed information on all aspects of our stay - ensuring we were comfortable and armed with local recommendations. A lovely welcome basket greeted us on arrival. We had a slight issue with hot water on the second floor and this was sorted promptly by the local key holder. Locally, lots of supermarkets nearby and the local village has a lot of lovely places to eat out that serve great, freshly prepared food. Moraira was a great beach for our little boy to paddle - would highly recommend. Thank you Isabel for sharing your slice of heaven - we hope to revisit one day!

There are very few views as spectacular as this Villa. A lot of stairs to the pool but it is more than worth it. Amazing week here. Not great or little ones or anyone not able to navigate stairs or heights. Love the area as well.
