“Host was very accommodating and helpful! Was a great space to stay and felt homey! In a good area with plenty of amenities nearby.”

“This property is a gem. Located in the town of Rumford, the home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The request to avoid wearing shoes on the hardwood floors is completely understandable, as the floors are beautiful and clearly well cared for.We were especially grateful to arrive and find the air conditioning already keeping the home cool, since we experienced several days with temperatures near 100 degrees. “Enjoyed our time in the oaktagon on the island. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any needs. Island is quiet and everyone we met was friendly. When I needed some pots and pans, they delivered them right off. The owner keeps in touch and there is a help button to use if you need something that is not there. My only comment would be to have someone pay a bit more attention to the bbq grill and cob webs inside the camp.”

“The place was great and very clean! Perfect place to stay after going to Sunday River. ”

“Loved the cabin and the view!! Had a great stay, thank you to our host!! Would love to stay again ”

“Honestly, this property and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations (which were already pretty high). Kent and the team were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at any time. They made special plans to accommodate some friends for a day visit and were so kind and helpful. The property itself was so perfect for what we wanted and the dog so enjoyed the freedom that only a private island can bring! Thanks, Kent, for a very memorable stay....

“The property was super clean, better than the description, and Tina was incredibly fast with responses to all our questions. I've used VRBO more than twenty times for week or two-week cabins stays and this was as easy and delightful as any of them!”
