Hotel a Jay

“For the 104 dollars i paid, i will NEVER do iy again. There was a smell in the room. The bed was horrible, the room was dirty with used condoms in the trash when we checked in. When we were packing to leave our one night stay, there was a police raid at 9am on sunday morning. ”

“Disappointing. Room did not smell clean. Facilities not nearly as well maintained as they appear in the photos.”

“They have recently renovated the hotel. It looks good and the customer service was great.”

“Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. ”

“I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. ”

“It was a good area. Centrally located, to area restaurants, shopping & highways. Hotel had a few issues. But during our stay, they were making improvements, to better the overall hotel health. Reasonably price, considering. It’s worth a stay and experience the ambiance it provides. ”
