“Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.”

“The apt was nice but fail to see where the jungle theme came in. The staircase is not recommended for small children or seniors with mobility difficulties. Everything else was comfortable”

“We had to cancel our second night because an event we were scheduled to attend was canceled. The manager was super nice and said she notified Expedia. Now let's see how long it takes Expedia to reimburse us....”

“Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Very good German restaurant attached to the hotel. Very noisy at night and bed was not comfortable.”

“There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . ”

“Close to The Greater Convention Center. Wonderful breakfast. Walls are thin. We could hear someone's TV and people running down the hall. Not a restful night's sleep, but it was a convenient location.”

“We loved everything about this place! Totally upscale with down to earth staff who were ready to help with anything. We enjoyed walking to a restaurant close by and then did some shopping - all on foot! A total 10/10!”
