“Loved the location, everything is walkable. The B&B had their own small parking lot. Tracy, the proprietor, was super helpful, a lovely person and a great cook!”

“I had a nice stay at Graduate by Hilton Columbus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay.”

“The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast.”

“Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work. “Good location.. our room had zero air. Was brought up to the front desk and there was nothing that could be done, as they were sold out of rooms. All other nearby hotels were sold out as well. Absolutely no way the cleaning staff did not know the air was out. The unit was set at 60 and when we entered it was cooler outside than in the room.”
