Deeer Meadow 2-bedroom cabin in Jefferson/Como perfect for a relaxing getaway

Relax, unwind, and escape to nature at this Jefferson/Como Cabin, a unique and tranquil getaway, less than two hours from Denver and an hour from Breck. Nestled within an Aspen grove this charming, newly remodeled cabin offers comfortable and cozy open living space along with modern conveniences to enhance your stay.

Deer Meadow is an adventurer's paradise, near all kinds of outdoor activities - hiking, fishing, skiing, and exploring.

Deer Meadow Cabin is a single-story cabin with two large bedrooms, three beds, and one full bathroom. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living room area and kitchenette for dining. For more casual dining, grab a barstool and sit at the kitchen counter, and chat with the cook while relaxing in comfort.

Deer Meadow also has a full-size washer and dryer, central heat, and a wood-burning stove that provides ample heat to all cabin rooms (firewood provided).

A large, expansive deck stretches the width of the cabin and is the perfect spot to sit in the rocking chairs, sipping your morning or evening beverage while watching a family of deer that casually frequent Deer Meadow.

We stock the bathroom and kitchen with all of your needs: bath and hot tub towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, spices and oils for cooking, pots/pans/utensils, tin foil/plastic wrap, and food storage containers. First aid supplies are located in the bathroom cabinet for any cuts and scrapes.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50.

The outdoor space has a picnic table, two fire pits, and a horseshoe pit for lots of outdoor fun time. There is also ample parking and plowed roads to the cabin during the winter.

We recommend an AWD vehicle in summer/fall and 4WD vehicle in winter/spring.

Summer offers fishing on Taryall Creek and Reservoir. Fall brings changing aspen leaves, while winter allows for skiing/snowmobiling. Whether you’re adventuring or relaxing, we hope our cabin can be a way for you to truly escape.

This cabin is a perfect work getaway. High-speed internet and 2 large monitors to help work away from the office. We encourage questions and would be delighted to host your stay!
