“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

“Property was very clean. Rooms smelt very clean and were very clean. Pool area was nice. Pool could have been just a touch warmer, but was very clean and didn't smell of heavy chemicals.”
