“This was the most incredible VRBO I’ve ever visited. The home & location were just absolutely beautiful. John really put in so much effort to make our stay that much better. He was extremely responsive & checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was stocked with all the necessities. The backyard was just so beautiful & private. Our stay felt so surreal. We look forward to booking again in the future. ”

“My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. “We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!”

“The Tiny houses are absolutely incredible! Cozy, comfortable, perfect for glamping. The whole vibe and atmosphere is amazing as well. Owners are pleasant people and super easy to deal with. Strongly Recommend!”

“UTV ran out of gas and hosts response was that it was a good thing I had my suv. Drive up to the home was very rocky/off road. Swing pulled out of rotted wood while my son was swinging. Hot tub had some funky stains along the water line. Many nails popped up out of porch. Glad we went but will not be returning. Host denied early check in but then offered to add the night before our stay started. Communication with host via text and vrbo definitely seemed like a chatbot.”
