With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) “I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

“What I liked , Room was clean , indoor pool was nice , breakfast was very good . Room was quite small for the price and the bathroom was tiny. The price probably reflects that it is a tourist town and we booked a busy time .”

“Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful and clean . Breakfast was amazing .”

“Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.”
