“The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting.
Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location.
I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”

“The actual property did not look as good as the pictures, but my room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything worked, and the breakfast was excellent. Absolutely better than some of the more expensive places I’ve stayed. Would stay again.”

“The room itself was clean, but there were a few issues. The television remote was not functional. The bathroom outlet was inoperable, which prevented me from styling my hair. Another lamp also did not work. The outlet or plug on the lamp next to the bed was not working, so I was unable to charge my phone conveniently. The bed was quite soft and positioned low to the ground. The elevator appeared to be in a state of disrepair. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, a combination of weed and air...
