“Was happy with the convenience to the airport, central location of the hotel and atmosphere of the lodge. ”

“The staff is AMAZING! I believe her name was Chris checked us in early after driving a very long distance. She and Jen had excellent customer service. They made my family fewl welcomed and were ready with polite conversation. The pool was clean and tidy. The breakfast was hot and ready.The only thing I could complain about would be the beds are very hard. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. We will book here again whem in Columbia Falls, Montana. ”

“No staff help. Had to find staff to check in after waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Got a text for check in said if need help text that number. I did for 2 more blankets. After 30 minutes of no response i went to office. Nobody there. After 3 hours finally found someone. Went to checkout again no one around ”

“Great hotel, nice and clean. Only issue I had was I got sick while there and because I placed my reservation through Expedia I couldn’t get a refund for the 1 day since I wanted to leave to go home 21 hour drive Montana to Southern California. I’m so sick. But I made it home. ”
