“Was happy with the convenience to the airport, central location of the hotel and atmosphere of the lodge. ”

“No staff help. Had to find staff to check in after waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Got a text for check in said if need help text that number. I did for 2 more blankets. After 30 minutes of no response i went to office. Nobody there. After 3 hours finally found someone. Went to checkout again no one around ”

“Great hotel, nice and clean. Only issue I had was I got sick while there and because I placed my reservation through Expedia I couldn’t get a refund for the 1 day since I wanted to leave to go home 21 hour drive Montana to Southern California. I’m so sick. But I made it home. ”

They made my family fewl welcomed and were ready with polite conversation. The pool was clean and tidy. The breakfast was hot and ready.The only thing I could complain about would be the beds are very hard. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. We will book here again whem in Columbia Falls, Montana. ”
