“This wasn't one of my best stays at a Hilton affiliated hotel. Good thing I was only there one night. The bed was hard and worn out, they need to be replaced. Only one of the two elevators were operating which made wait times longer. The breakfast bar was very limited. Overall, the staff were friendly and pleasant. ”

“The hotel is old and poorly maintained. It is in need of an update and a deep clean. First, only one elevator was functioning and the remaining elevator took a very long time to arrive. I used the stairs for most of my stay as did other guest. The carpet in my room was stained and the leather covering on the desk chair was badly damaged and torn. There was hair on the floor of the restroom. The furniture was scratched and damaged. The bed was hard and made noise when you sat on it, as if the...

“The price was the best part. The first room I was given had stains in the furniture and the carpet hadn’t been cleaned. The second room was a bit cleaner. Also smelled like cigarettes everywhere. ”

“Rooms were clean with plenty of room and updated amenities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The automatic pancake machine was a big hit with my family. We are early to bed people and this hotel was nice and quiet. Located close to shopping and restaurants.”

“Arrived to check in around midnight after a flight - there was no staff on duty except for a number to call. The person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, actually mocked us for arriving late and needing to wait, and when I complained about their attitude cancelled my reservation and decided to taunt me over it lol if the owner or manager is reading my comment, this took place at around midnight ”

“2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. ”
