“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“expedia staff and hotel staff including management is useless. hotel has not returned my deposit yet been over 1 month. they told me will be back within 2 weeks. on top $135 unaccounted charge on my card with no explanation. no one picks call no one respond to my email. i even emailed their general manager and reservation staff. no response.”
