This is a spacious, luxurious, brand new property, 430 square meters inside plus 80 sqm of perimeter balconies and 200 more on the roof, perched on the lofty top 8th floor of the most impressive building in the neighborhood, with a sparkling, elegant lobby below. An elevator whisks you up. Open the door and prepared to be stunned by its spacious and understated beauty. It’s spectacular… and huge!

This is one of the apartments we manage in city center. Should you require additional space, check with us concerning the availability of the others. An elegant dining room table easily seats 22 . A comfy couch near a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV offering multi-channel, multi-language entertainment. Or keep the electronics off and soak in the view out the picture windows, gazing down at the red roofs of the city below or the old city just steps away. Relax and enjoy, before or after you explore the amazing city that awaits you below.

Your secluded sleeping area is conveniently on the same floor, sound-proofed for a sound sleep. A master bedroom with a king size bed and four additional master bedroom, each with two twin beds which can be joined to create a comfy queen-sized sleeping space for your comfort.

Five full bathrooms are equipped with glassed-in, walk-in showers, each stocked with luxury amenities like spa-quality soaps and hair products. A guest WC helps handle the morning rush.

You even have a washer and dryer available in your unit, free of charge. We’ve thought of everything to make your holiday experience complete and ultra-comfortable.

From all five bedrooms, the salon and the kitchen, you see the City of Gold spread beneath you, commanding a view over the most convenient location in Jerusalem. There’s also a 80 sq. m. balcony on the main floor, with a city view below.
