“Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. Only thing I didn’t like was the overpowering smell of bleach when I opened the door. I hate bleach & having it in the bedroom and kitchen was horrible.
