The villa is surrounded by vineyards with stunning mountain and sea views and offers 2 different apartments for rent, furnished to a high specification, which will appeal not only to young professionals searching for an escape from city life but also to families looking for a holiday near to beautiful sandy, beaches which can easily be accessed by car.

The villa is set in excess of an acre of grounds adjoining its own olive grove and offers lots of space to unwind in the beautiful Sardinian countryside. Located within the grounds is a beautiful swimming pool.

Herrliche Lage und fantastische Atmosphäre

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, sehr nahe an den schönen Stränden gelegen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Bruno ist super sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub auf Sardinien 😍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sardinien in einem wundervollen Apartment mit einer traumhaft schönen Terrasse! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und unsere Vermieter (Phillip und Bruno) waren sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurück kommen in dieses tolle Apartment sobald wir wieder nach Sardinien kommen. Bei den traumhaften Stränden wird das nicht all zu lange dauern :-) Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, in ca. 20 Minuten am Traumstrand, in der Stadt Tortoli, beim Einkaufen usw. Wir können dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen!

Top Unterkunft ♥️

Wir hatten 12 wundervolle Tage in unserem Apartment von Bruno & Philip. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und zusätzlich sind die Fenster von außen mit einem Mückennetz bespannt, so dass man auch mal ohne Probleme mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Der Garten , die Terrasse an unserem Apartment laden zu entspanntem Frühstück oder geselligen Abenden ein. Der Blick , die Ruhe und das zirpen der Grillen war einfach erholsam wenn man aus einer Großstadt kommt und hier zur Ruhe findet. Das Highlight ist der tolle Pool und seine extrem bequemen Liegen - diese habe ich besonders genossen. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto denn der Weg zum Haus liegt schon etwas abseits, was uns aber in kleinster Weise gestört hat das wir eh mit Fähre und Auto angereist sind. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit besten Wissen und Gewissen zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal zurück, aber nächsten Sommer ist der Süden oder Norden der Insel dran. Aufgrund der Größe der Insel und der weiten Entfernungen sind mehrere Urlaube auf dieser tollen Insel sicher. ♥️ Danke Philip für deine tolle Unterkunft. Big hug !

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- Philipp ist ein guter Gastgeber und hatte immer Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung parat. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Terasse traumhaft. Wir haben von dort sowohl Wanderausflüge als auch den Strand genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder.

Ein Ort zum runterkommen!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Philipp voll genossen und wir können es jedem empfehlen, der nach Sardinien kommt um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden! Man kann im wundervollen Garten im Schatten der Bäume entspannen oder am Pool relaxen (den haben vor allem unsere Kinder ausgiebig genutzt). Alles ist ruhig, da in der Umgebung auch einfach nichts ist. Einzig die nahe Schnellstraße hört man ab und an. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles war super sauber als wir gekommen sind. Es ist auch alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage des Hauses ist für jegliche Aktivitäten sehr gut. Wir waren im Hinterland in den Bergen wandern, man kann an verschiedene Strände (zwischen 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen), die selbst im August nicht überfüllt waren, zum Golfo di Orosei, oder auch in den Süden, zB nach Gagliari wenn man mal weiter fahren will. Lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Terrasse und traumhafter Pool

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse und Pool gesucht. Und diese bei Philipp gefunden. Es handelt sich hierbei um die etwas kleinere Unterkunft ohne Sofa, dafür mit dieser grandiosen Terrasse, die als Wohnzimmer dient und auch bei Regen nutzbar ist. Der Pool ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Er ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Möbel laden zum verweilen ein. Schon vor dem Frühstück ins Wasser zu springen und zu planschen, macht einfach nur Spaß. Da lässt es sich gut vom Alltag erholen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, abseits von großen Straßen, mitten im Grünen. Sie liegt auch eher bei Cardedu, ca. 20 Autominuten von unserem Traumstrand Su Sirboni entfernt. Es gibt fußläufig leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Man kann sich gut selbst versorgen und auf der Terrasse und dem Pool entspannen. Vielen Dank Philipp für das schöne Ambiente und die sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Nice apartment with great garden & pool area

Sardinia and especially the eastcost are lovely places, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Philip, the owner, is living in the villa as well. The welcome was very friendly, during the stay we could have a quick chat with him and ask for some tipps if we wanted, but if not, he was totally "indiscernible". The apartment, is relatively simple (as described), well equipped and perfectly clean. Only the differences between apt. 1 & 2 might be described clearer, we expected to have a sofa in the living room as well, which did not. The terrace and garden area is nice and offers great views into the surrounding wine and fruit plantages. The pool area, which you share with the 2nd apt. is great, our kids loved it! So besides our misunderstanding regarding the sofa, a really good place to stay and discover Sardinia's eastcoast. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot Philip!

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben 2,5 week vakantie gevierd in dit heerlijke vakantiehuis met ons gezin. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, maar de tuin en het zwembad waren pas echt buitengewoon. Het terras en de tuin zijn prachtig aangelegd met veel groen en heerlijke tuinmeubels om in te relaxen. Het zwembad heeft een prachtig uitzicht en is voorzien van heerlijke ligmeubels. Strand en winkels zijn dicht bij. Philip, de huiseigenaar, heeft ons perfect ontvangen en staat ook altijd klaar voor je als je vragen hebt. Wij gaan hier zeker weer terugkomen.

Fantastisches Objekt mit tollem Gastgeber und sehr schönem Pool

Vielen Dank an Phillip für den tollen Urlaub! Das Apartment war sauber, geräumig und hatte einen weitläufigen Aussenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool und der auch der Aussenbereich waren fantastisch. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 7 Minuten in den nächsten Supermarkt in Cardedu. Die Strände sind ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Traumstrand "Cea" ist in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar. Durch die Nähe zur Autostrada kommt man recht einfach und schnell in andere Ecken der Insel. Phillip stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und war der perfekte Gastgeber.

A relaxing and peaceful holiday nestled among the vineyards

Bruno the owner really made our stay, he is fantastico! Before we arrived he organised a few essentials and some freshly made pizzas as we were arriving late. The apartment had all you needed if you wanted to cook during your stay as we did. There are well stocked supermarkets a short drive away. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool setting is perfect, comfortable sun beds, a good sized pool and lovely views. Best of all, it was so peaceful! The apartment has lots of information on places to go and Bruno is always on hand for advice. A car is essential as public transport is not nearby but the roads are very quiet and there are stunning beaches, scenic gorges or forest covered mountain trails to visit not too far away. All in all a peaceful Agritourismo holiday nestled among the vineyards with a fantastic host Bruno, thank you Bruno.
