  • The villa is surrounded by vineyards with stunning mountain and sea views and offers 2 different apartments for rent, furnished to a high specification, which will appeal not only to young professionals searching for an escape from city life but also to families looking for a holiday near to beautiful sandy, beaches which can easily be accessed by car.

    The villa is set in excess of an acre of grounds adjoining its own olive grove and offers lots of space to unwind in the beautiful Sardinian countryside. Located within the grounds is a beautiful swimming pool.

Peaceful Location, Excellent Host, and a Wonderful Stay

The location of the accommodation is wonderfully peaceful, yet it’s just a short distance to the beach or main roads leading to interesting activities. The host is very friendly and helpful—quick to respond and truly committed to making the stay as pleasant as possible for his guests. The accommodation is well-equipped both inside and out. We had a fantastic holiday here!

Ein Traum von einer Ferienwohnung

So haben wir es uns erträumt, Bruno war ein super Gastgeber, total unauffällig und mit prima Tips für Lokale in der Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern wiederkommen.

We had a excellent stay at the hillside villa. It is a true tranquil area and haa a beautiful garden to relax. The house is well equipped and cozy , cool throughout the day. even if you do not want to use the airconditioning .The pool is outstanding. fresh, clean and with stunning views. Bruno is welcoming and attenttive to every need, tour perfect hist. The beaches are within 15 min drive and a good coffee around the corner. A 10 for the entire stay!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben eine wundervolle entspannte Woche in Sardinien verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr groß und schön. Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe für zwei Personem, ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Bruno war ein aufmerksamer und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und mit guten Tipps für Restaurants.

Ruhige Oase

Die etwas im Hinterland gelegene Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen, uvm.Bruno ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Vermieter, er gibt gerne Tipps für Strände und Ausflüge.Auch bei technischen Problemen war er sofort zur Stelle.Kommunikation in Englisch und Italienisch war total unkompliziert.Der Pool ist super sauber und mit separater Dusche ausgestattet.Alles in allem ein top gepflegtes Anwesen, mit kleinem Supermarkt und Bar ganz in der Nähe.Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist unverzichtbar, wenn man die schönen Strände oder das nächste Städtischen besuchen möchte.Wer etwas Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft! Alles war unfassbar sauber – selten haben wir so ein gepflegtes Feriendomizil erlebt. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll und gemütlich, man fühlt sich ab der ersten Minute wohl.Der Pool war makellos sauber und lud jederzeit zum Entspannen ein – eine wahre Oase! Doch das absolute Highlight war Bruno, unser Gastgeber: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung parat. Ganz gleich, ob es um Ausflüge, Restaurants oder kleine Anliegen ging – Bruno war immer sofort zur Stelle, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein.Als uns ein, zwei Missgeschicke in der Wohnung passiert sind, hat er äußerst verständnisvoll und entspannt reagiert – keine Spur von Ärger oder Vorwürfen, sondern einfach nur Lösungsorientierung und Freundlichkeit.Wir danken von Herzen für diesen großartigen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wer hier bucht, bekommt mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – man bekommt ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit. Danke, Bruno!

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der Garten mit Liebe angelegt. Die Fewo selbst ist sauber und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist zuvorkommend. ABER: Unser Aufenthalt endete jedoch drei Tage früher. In der dritten Nacht hatte Bruno Gäste geladen. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig, sowohl was die Fewo nebenan betrifft, als auch des Gastgebers Räumlichkeit direkt darüber. Wie fühlten uns durch den Lärm bzgl. der rückenden Stühle, lautstarke Gespräche und Laufgeräusche mehrerer Menschen absolut in unserer Ruhe ab 20:00 Uhr gestört. Unsere Tochter (unter 2 Jahre) wurde zweimalig durch den nach unten dringenden Lärm wieder wach. Völlige Katastrophe. Wir informierten Bruno via WhatsApp. Er entschuldigte sich kurz und bot uns kurz daraufhin an, die Unterkunft gegen Erstattung der letzten drei Nächte zu verlassen. Wir meldeten uns etwas mehr als eine Stunde später (21:39) zu unserer ersten Nachricht diesbezüglich zurück und vereinbarten den Umzug. Seine Worte sagten uns mehrfach: „dies wäre vielleicht nicht der richtige Ort für uns“. Seine Gäste verließen 22:45 Uhr das Haus. Ja, also, meine Frau und inzwischen Kind bewohnen einen ruhiges Haus auf dem Lande, sind viel auf Reisen in verschiedenen Ländern und so manche Unterkunft gewohnt aber, dass wir freiwillig ausziehen hatten wir noch nicht. Für nicht lärmempfindliche Reisende sicherlich zu empfehlen. Eltern mit Kleinkindern raten wieder eher davon ab. Anbei die geführte Kommunikation per WhatsApp

Schöne Unterkunft in den Weinbergen

Wunderschöner Garten mit Privatsphäre! Der Pool ist traumhaft und wird täglich gereinigt. Phillip ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir hatten Obst, Prosecco und Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte 1a und war auch sinnvoll bei diesen Sommertemperaturen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Kilometer mit dem Auto. Alle Strände in der Nähe sind schön und wenig frequentiert. Es war ein schöner Urlaub! Danke Phillip!

Wunderbare Erholung

Wir haben eine zauberhafte Woche in Sardinien verbracht. Das Anwesen von Phillip und Brunello ist wunderbare ruhig gelegen. Wenn man abends mit einem Glas Rotwein unter dem Olivenbaum sitzt inmitten von tropisch anmutenden Pflanzen und Pfirsichbäumen, dann scheint die Welt still zu stehen. Der Garten und das Pool-Areal waren sehr stilvoll und liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert, die Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Phillip war ein aufmerksamer und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und mit guten Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Toller Familienurlaub!

Es war wirklich ein toller und entspannter Urlaub! Hier hat man seine Ruhe! Wir haben alles sehr genossen, besonders den Pool. Dieser war das absolute Highlight, besonders für unsere Kinder (4+6) Phillip war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Hidden paradise in Sardinia!

We've had a great stay here at Sardinia. The place is located uphill in a quiet surrounding in Eastern Sardinia. The appartment is very clean and has a private garden. Nearby the appartment you'll find the swimming pool. Also very clean and well positioned. You definitely need a rental car if you book your holiday here, but then you'll get to see it's beautifull surroundings. Lovely beaches to within a 20 minuten drive. And futher more lots to see and do in nature. Nearby the appartment you'll find a small supermarket where you can get delicious bread. Also very nice staff to help you. Special thanks to the host and owner Phillip. An amazing place you have here and always available for questions, tips and conversations. I hope we will come back some day!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage zwischen Weinbergen. Schön bepflanzter Aussenbereich mit mehreren Sitzplätzen und viel Privatsphäre. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Viele schöne, auch weniger besuchte Strände ganz in der Nähe.

Fabulous holiday, wonderful apartment - 5 stars!!

We've just come back from a fantastic holiday in Bruno's stunning apartments and cannot recommend this property highly enough. The apartment itself is well equipped & very clean with a lovely outside shaded terrace. The swimming pool area is beautiful with stunning views of the hills and very comfortable sun loungers. We loved the area, particularly Cia beach and Santa Maria Naravesse. But most of all our holiday was made extra special by Bruno who was a fabulous host, bringing very tasty homemade wine from the vineyard and always incredibly friendly, generous and helpful. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Bruno for a holiday packed full of wonderful memories.

perfect holiday home

We (45, 44, 14, 11) have been 2 weeks at the smaller appartment and were more than satisfied. Wonderful location, clean, quiet, best equipped. Bruno was a superb landlord, very kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, the parents the veranda. From the appartment are lots of places easily accessible (beaches: Lido di Orri, Torre di Bari, Marina di Gairo, caves, bays, restaurantes, supermarkets etc.). Close to the appartment is the bar San Paolo, where almost everything for daily life is available (tasty bread rolls!). Great holiday.

What a fantastic place!

We were really impressed with everything about the apartment. The house is in a perfect position, looking out over the surrounding hills. The pool was pristine and warm. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We made good use of the barbecue and shaded patio area, surrounded by the beautiful garden. Bruno was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, giving great recommendations of things to do and see locally. The meal at the fishermen's cooperative in Arbatax was fantastic. Thanks Bruno - we would love to come back again!

Wiederholungstäter !!

Sind zum ersten Mal an den gleichen Urlaubsort zurückgekehrt! Um es kurz zu machen: Lage und Ruhe sind für uns perfekt! Bruno und Phillip sind zwei äußerst nette und unglaublich entspannte Gastgeber. Die Bilder sind allerdings nicht mehr ganz aktuell, d.h. die Natur hat sich etwas ausgebreitet, und der Blick ist nicht mehr ganz so frei (was wir sogar als schön und nicht als störend empfinden). Man sitzt eingebettet in der Natur und genießt die herrliche Ruhe, und kann so bei einem Glas Rotwein (oder zwei) gemütlich die Seele baumeln lassen!! Es war für uns unvorstellbar, aber wir werden die beiden auch noch ein drittes Mal besuchen. Ich glaube wir haben unseren perfekten Platz gefunden!! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr sauber, absolut vorbildlich!

A fantastic holiday

We have just enjoyed a fantastic fortnight in this top property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone else. We arrived a little earlier than schedule and Bruno welcomed us and let us drop our cases off. He then directed us to a nearby supermarket where we could stock up on produce. The apartment itself has everything we needed for a great holiday. Two good sized bedrooms, both with air conditioning to cool the nights (22 degrees worked for us). The bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and plenty of utensils and plates etc. Being English we did miss a real toaster but the grill worked fine for that purpose. You have the option of several seating areas, inside table and chairs for 6, outside shaded and also in the garden on the sofa/chairs. A large umbrella was also available to break the sun up a bit. Yes there are mosquitoes but it's a hot country so that is nothing unusual. Put some repellent on and enjoy. Once we killed a few rogue mosquitoes inside the apartment we were barely bitten again. The gardens have matured considerably from some of the images and have created even more privacy from the other apartment. Fresh herbs were available also. The pool, whilst shared, was often available for sole use as other guests were out or at the beach. Maybe a few more sunbeds that lay flat would help for when both apartments are occupied and some more shade as it can get extremely hot. The pool itself helped with cooling off though and couldn't be faulted....very clean always. Bruno was a great host, offering us his home made drinks, lending us beach chairs and an umbrella and advising us on good beaches etc. He little dog Alfonso was so cute and very friendly too. All in all a great 2 weeks in the sun relaxing, just what we wanted.

Fantastic.This accomodation made us great holidays

The apartment was clean and fully equipped. We missed nothing. It was furnished with love with nice details. One thing to mention for example: The air condition in the bedrooms is placed not directly in the direction to the bed. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and a roof for shadow. Bruno and Philipp were very friendly hosts you didn´t notice if you didn´t want to. But when asked we always got good hints and ideas. The pool was new with new lies and well cleaned. The garden is arranged with a view for details. Also the home made wine is worth to be mentioned here. We took bottles with us for home as it tastes very good for us. We liked to go to Lido Cea which is a very nice beach. Our best diners we had in Hotel Abba e Murta near Tortoli and Agri Tourismo S´Iligi near Bari Sardo. Overall we had fantastic 17 days and would go every time again when we come back to Sardinia. Thanks again to Bruno and Philipp. Cheers, Rosa, Marco and Henrik

Radfahrerparadies

Nach unserem dritten Besuch bei Bruno und Phillip möchte auch ich eine Bewertung abgeben. Dieses Jahr erkundete ich die Umgebung mit dem Rennrad. Während meine Familie nach oder vor den vielen Ausflügen an diverse Strände den neuen, wunderschönen Pool (viel schöner als auf den Fotos) genoss und unsere Kinder (5 und 6) darin binnen eines Tages richtig schwimmen lernten (!), zog ich meine Runden mit dem Rennrad. Meine Ausfahrten waren ein Traum und ich fühlte mich eins mit der Natur und der Straße. Atemberaubende Landschaften zogen an mir vorbei, in den engen Gassen der Bergdörfer erntete ich freundliche Blicke und in den kurvenreichen Abfahrten empfand ich ein wunderbares "Radfahrglücksgefühl". Brunos und Phillips Haus ist ein perfekter Startpunkt für diverse Radtouren auf sehr verkehrsarmen Straßen. "Unser" Appartement, das wir schon den dritten Sommer bewohnten, ist individuell gestaltet und sehr sauber. Das Appartement verfügt über eine große Terrasse und einen eigenen, kleinen Gartenbereich mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Salzwasserpool ist wunderschön angelegt und eine richtige Oase mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. In unserem zweiwöchigen Urlaub konnten wir wieder alle Akkus aufladen und uns richtig gut erholen, wofür wir uns herzlich bei Bruno und Phillip bedanken möchten. Lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele für Kinder abgesehen von den schönen Stränden: - Gumpen "Piscine Naturali di Monte Ferru"; Bademöglichkeit (20 min. Auto) - Geisterdorf Gairo - Gairo Vecchia (15min Auto) - Trenino Verde - Schmallspureisenbahn - unterschiedliche Zustiegsmöglichkeiten (20 min. Auto) - Tropsteinhöhle - Grotta Su Marmuri (20 min Auto)
