“Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience.”

“Super nice experience, when I arrived is earlier then the normal check in time, the front desk guy is super sweet offer me free tea and dessert at the lounge area with phenomenal river view while I’m waiting for them to get my room ready. room is clean and quiet!! Very nice stay, love Wuhan this city and if I go back will definitely pick this hotel again ! Good location too ,easy to get to places I want to visit.”

“This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. “The garden is exceptional. I've never seen such a beautiful one in China. The breakfast is well varied. The staff are attentive. Only the corridor makes noises and one can hear kids shout and run in the room. There is only one Chinese restaurant proper. The bar makes bad cocktails. It's to be improved. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing nearby but the old city is within a stone's throw so it's not a problem. Worth staying at. ”
