“La ubicacion del hotel: buena, pero el lobby del hotel parece zona de carga y descarga. Parece que el hotel es un solo piso del edificio y lo demas son otras companias. El servicio en general bueno y el desayuno tambien.”

“Non fanno colazione ma il personale è molto gentile e noi il soggiorno é piaciuto. Un po’ fredda la stanza il primo giorno di permanenza. Per il resto è un buon hotel.”

However, the practice of switching off the aircon ( from 230am to 9am) was not acceptable at the time at end of April where the room temperature for sun-facing room to increase to 27 degree at 640 am causing profound discomfort. Had been awoken at such timing due to the heat. The hotel did nothing despite the feedback.”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”
