“Very clean and comfortable size. Breakfast is delivered to a locker which we enjoyed too! We chose asian breakfast but got western one. It was still fine for us. ”

“2 things I didn't like - 1) they provided disposable towels instead of actual bathe towels, 2) although mentioned that WIFI password is on the room phone, mine was no where to be found and it was past midnight and the lobby was unmanned, thankfully I booked 2 rooms for my group and the other room has it. However, the signal in my room was rather poor. But it was overall good value considering you get 40 mins of private onsen per occupant for each night's stay.”

“Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. Breakfast is simple but you can have everything you want - salad, bread, cheese, ham, milk, soymilk, coffee.... you name it. Highly recommended!!”

“Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone.”

“We had a great stay at the B&B! The hostess and her family live on site - the first floor and guests are upstairs. It's a grand spacious house in the middle of a field. Quiet with nature around it. It'd be not as convenient as one in downtown, but the hostess drove us to the restaurant and had dinner with us. She also took us to enjoy the famous hot spring there! She drove us back afterwards. We stayed one night. The hostess also prepared breakfast for us. That was excellent. We enjoyed the...
