The accommodation
The accommodation features a covered terrace where you can grill meat using either a charcoal grill or a gas grill.

All of this is located near the pool, so you can enjoy a pleasant day outdoors. Children can play on the property, as it is for the exclusive use of the current reservation; it features spacious areas and gardens with fruit trees.

High-speed internet is available. You can prepare meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a six-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, dishes, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies.

The first floor has a comfortable TV room (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney+, Vix+, Apple TV+, Pluto TV, YouTube, and Enlace+). Inside the house (first level), there is a spacious dining room with 10 chairs and a washing machine at your disposal.

Upstairs, the decor is rustic, typical of the area, and it’s very pleasant, as it’s decorated with log-style brick.

1. First bedroom.
A spacious area with four double beds, perfect for staying up late and enjoying quality time with family or friends.

2. Second bedroom.
This room has a double bed—that is, both beds are double beds, and one is located underneath the other. It’s very easy and simple to use. It has a full bathroom and a closet.

3. Third bedroom.

On this floor, you’ll find two full bathrooms. In addition, there is a terrace with a play area and lounge chairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool, the mountains, and the garden.

Guest Access
The property includes the entire house, pool, a terrace next to the pool and a charcoal grill, a frontón court, a multipurpose court where you can play tennis, soccer, or badminton, as well as three gardens. There are seven parking spaces on the property for guests’ use.

The best option for visiting Jocotepec, just an hour from Guadalajara—you’ll love the birria in downtown, the decorations in the plaza, and the friendliness of the townspeople. You can enjoy boat rides on Lake Chapala and witness the wonderful sunsets that bless us every evening; it’s undoubtedly a place that exudes peace.
