“We went to Boston for a concert and I took my puppy he’s only 3 years old this hotel said pet friendly on the website but when we got there the had us sing a paper that says we can’t leave the puppy alone in the hotel room and the staff have all rights to come into our room and take the puppy if the puppy was left alone. I don’t understand pet friendly but yet you can’t leave the pet in the room we couldn’t even do dinner or go to the bar because he’s not allowed at the bar either but the bar...

“The entire stay, I tried several times to reach the host to no avail. On Saturday when we came in, there was a young lady who was cleaning and she was incredibly sweet and I want to give her kudos. There was plastic wrap on all the windows, cameras everywhere that made us feel like we were constantly being watched, there were a ton of rules that we learned about last minute and it was just not the best vibe. During our stay, there was also a man who spent the entire time on the couch and slept...
