“It seems as if the facility is aged and the hotel is in the process of renovating. It would have been nice to be aware of this. I walked into a nice entrance and bar/lounge area, and then entered a room that looked aged and poorly kept.”

“No running water on our first day from 10am-3pm due to water damage from pipe bursting and that night we had mice running around in our room. The hotel smelled moldy and the pool looked cloudy. I didn’t want to risk swimming in it. No room service even though it was offered online. The restaurant had 1 waiter and he refused to wait on us because he said he was the only one and told us to go to the bar. I would not recommend this hotel until things are fixed.”

My wife has dietary restrictions, and the staff fully accommodated her. Breakfast is served at eight, but Cesar gladly fed us at 6:30 so we could catch a flight.
