“Good place where to sleep for a night. the breakfast should be improved, really no options and badly presented. The noise from the highway can be disturbing.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again”

“Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay.”

“The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities.”

“The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure.”

“The room was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful with deaf customers. Keep it up! Also, in the kitchen, try to add bacon, too, along with the sausage at the same time. Customers like bacon more than sausage, vice versa.”

“Only issue I have is just the limited parking. Very small parking, they need to expand it.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The room did have a Musty smell, not saying it wasn't clean but the odor was like the room had been not aired out in a while. or they need to shampoo the carpet. Bathroom was clean and kitchen area was clean. but for 150.00 a night I did expect a little better, than musty smelling room but over all I give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.”

“The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool. Parking is only secure to benefit the hotel but, we had a fine stay.”

“My room looked very nice but when I got back after midnight from a wedding an pulled back the sheets to go to bed , they was hair an fuzz, an I think it must if been dead grass or something, I tried to clean it a bit an was going to sleep on the top comforter , which I found had fuzz all on it also , so I slept with the extra blanket on top of the comforter. I went to the front desk in the morning a she took the $10 parking fee off my bill , she said sorry but since I booked through Expedia ,...
