“not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room. Not only did we notice that there was no elevator to the second floor. which sucks having an infant. the bed were so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep in. there was no hot breakfast at all. just cold milk, cornflakes, & fruits! not what u paid for all at! more like a $100 or less hotel, definitely not...

“Cockroaches in the rooms, heavy smoke smell. Bed sheets heavily stained. We had reservations for 2 room's and they both were the same. As soon as we saw this we returned the keys and left. Sketchy people in the parking lot. I do not recommend at all. Should not even be listed in any websites. ”

“Sink didnt drain, knats in bathroom, shower water hot then cold, sheets yellow stained and oil stained as well as bedspread. Front desk very kind. Gave new sheets and blanket and offered another room. Both rooms had no filter in the a/c unit. Bugs came thru mine. The shower door was scary dirty with black stuck on gunk and rust and perling paint on shower door. The walkways had oil n gum n gunk all throught as i walked back n forth from my room to get help. ”

“Great customer service and it was very quiet compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was a huge plus, plenty of options and staff was constantly stocking the area. ”
