“Alex was wonderful at check in. The property was very clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was clean. The bathroom ceiling and the shower had mold present.”

“Nice facility, good location. Downsides: 1) Generic breakfast offerings, 2) charging $12/day for outdoor parking in a location surrounded by open fields?? And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in.”

“I’ve stayed here before. The check in was “here is your key”. Nothing about breakfast, etc. Seemed like employee did want to be there. First time this had happened. I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation. Not that I won’t be back, convenient for airport, but it would be nice that someone appreciates my business.”

“They helped me keep ice packs frozen in a freezer in the kitchen. The tv played all stations. Clean rooms and quiet. So much better than other motels I’ve stayed at in Woodland.”
