“ Recently stayed at the **Henry Howard Hotel** in New Orleans and really enjoyed it. It’s in the Garden District, so you’re away from the noise of the French Quarter but still close to great restaurants and shops on Magazine Street. The streetcar stops nearby too, which makes getting around easy. The building itself is beautiful—an old townhouse with a lot of character—and the rooms are stylish without trying too hard. Think tall ceilings, comfy beds, hardwood floors, and cool vintage details....

“The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!”

“The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff...

“The front desk/cafe staff were the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve been to! The woman working there in the morning gave a list of her favorite spots in the city and lots of local history and lore when I asked her for suggestions. The man who took my call to make reservation changes couldn’t have been easier to talk to and was so accommodating. The king room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. “The hotel is beautiful, with a good location in the Garden District. The room was ok but we found hair on the walls of the shower, like they had cleaned only the base. When we told the reception a girl answered that the cleaners where gone for the day so they could do nothing. That I didn’t like at all, what was I supposed to do? Not shower until the next day? Luckily the responsible of the cleaning staff did come when we insisted, but still the first answer was abominable.”
