Hotel vicino a New Orleans Fire Department Museum and Educational Center - New Orleans

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.”

“Beautiful hotel but you’ll quickly realize how unorganized it is. Also our SHARED balcony door didn’t have a lock, and the bathroom door didn’t close. We had to wait around not once but twice when we tried to check in. When we finally checked in there was no one behind the desk and we had to wait for the next staff member to come into work.. apparently it was the persons last day and she left earlier than she was supposed to and didn’t even tell anyone. “The property smelled of mildew. The rooms felt old and not well kept. The windows were filthy. Shower had hair in it.”

“Everything was good. The tv didn’t work but they delivered batteries the same evening we checked in. The remote was dead”
