Guest house a Johnson City

“Everything was very nice and clean. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. We had a problem with our toilet not flushing properly but we reported it and the maintenance guy came right away and it was taken care of. I would definitely stay again.”

“My family and I were in town for an overnight stay, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was extremely clean, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff were very welcoming.”

“Appreciated the kitchenette and the good rate. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing in it but a stove, fridge, and tiny microwave. So you have to bring your own pans, dishes, silverware. Pretty quiet, bed comfortable enough.”

“Clean property. Great staff friendly and helpful.”

“For close to the same money you can stay at another property with more accommodating staff and more amenities.”

“Never again!”

“This was THE WORST place I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy. The sheets had not been washed. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. You could actually see gross streaks of something on the side of the fridge. Whatever it was was sticky. The water was ice cold, so no shower. The clerk was so busy playing a game on his phone he didn’t even realize I’d walked into the office. In the future, if there was a choice of staying at this hotel and sleeping in my car, I’d choose my car. You couldn’t PAY me to...

“Very Clean, very close to down town. Nice little place for one.”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”
