We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo home in Johnson City, Tennessee. The property was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, which made us feel right at home. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and responsive whenever we had questions. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the convenience of the location really made our trip easy. One small thing that would’ve made the stay even more perfect would be having a washer/dryer in the apartment and a garbage disposal in the kitchen. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Excellent host. Great location for visiting ETSU, downtown or day trips from Johnson City. An older building that's been completely gutted and made brand new. My family of five fit perfectly with the bunkbeds.

Very clean. We loved that this home was directly across from the pool and tennis/ pickleball courts and an easy walk to the beach. Very pretty home, you may want to inquire about what's in the kitchen if you plan to cook as there are no seasonings, etc. We had a very wonderful stay!

Comfortable space and good location related to downtown area. Highly recommend. The surrounding couple blocks is a little less than classy, but we felt save enough and the area seems to be improving.

It was a cute little apartment located very close to downtown, which was nice. Easy access instructions and no problems checking in. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it would be good to know that the blinds don’t stop any of the light from coming in off the streets, it’s very bright in all the rooms from outside light. There is a train that goes by several times a night close by. They do provide earplugs. Overall it was a convenient stay for our needs and we would likely stay again.

Great downtown JC stay

property is in a great location and the listing and pics are accurate. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything you need in a charming 3-bedroom unit. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks, (the coffee maker and record player were special surprises that put it over the top)!
