“Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home.
