Laundry is free and shared with the two other units, down in the basement of the house. Everything else — your apartment, your entry, your space — is completely private to you.



We are nearby for emergencies if needed but prefer to communicate only through the booking app.



You're right in the thick of Johnson City — minutes from downtown's restaurants, breweries, and Founders Park, with ETSU and the football stadium just up the road. Johnson City Medical Center is close, and the VA medical center is nearly across the street, which makes this an easy base if you're here for work at either one. It's a central, walkable-to-a-lot spot that puts you near everything without putting you in the middle of the noise.



Free street parking is right out front of the house. You'll want a car for getting around the Tri-Cities, but a lot of downtown Johnson City is a short drive — or a walk, depending on the day.
