☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

This 3300-square-foot, two-story home has five private bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups of traveling friends, family, or business retreats. Four of the bedrooms are on the main level, and one is located on the second floor.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. This room offers access to the front and back patios and has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower.

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private patio. The third king-sized bedroom also offers private patio access. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a walk-in closet for storage. These two rooms share a full bathroom located down the hallway.

The final bedroom is the only room on the upper level. This room has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a laptop-friendly workstation, and a 55” TV. This room also has a twin-size daybed and a twin-size futon to accommodate additional guests.

Outside the main house is a beautifully decorated Casita for additional sleeping. Here guest will have access to a twin/twin daybed, full bath, TV and dedicated work space right off the pool and club house.

All four of the beautiful, bright bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries so you can pack light.

The full kitchen is spacious and inviting, with earthy colors and bright lighting. This lovely space is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create delicious meals for large groups, including the kiddos.

There are plenty of cabinets and a full-sized refrigerator to store your favorite groceries. Caffeine lovers will be happy to see the coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee.

Enjoy your meals in the formal dining area, which seats 8. There are plenty of counter stools in the kitchen for additional guests.

With high ceilings and plenty of natural light flooding through the large windows, the cozy living room is the perfect place to gather and hang out as one large group. Whether you’re making plans for an exciting day of exploring the vineyards or enjoying a family movie night, you’ll enjoy the comfortable couches and 55-inch Smart TV equipped with Dish cable and Roku.

There is also a newly renovated sunroom near the back porch. This room is flooded with natural light, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or your morning cup of coffee.

Have an evening soak in the hot tub to relax your muscles after a busy day of exploring the area. On nice days, spend evenings grilling on the Weber charcoal grill while your group enjoys the poolside area.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have full access to the entire home except for one owner’s closet. The entire outdoor space, including outdoor patios, the pool, the hot tub, the basketball court, and more is yours to enjoy.

Free parking is available in the driveway.

The home is wheelchair-accessible, and there is a bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom.

We are a pet-friendly home, but please read out pet policy in the house rules. Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of a locked owner's closet

The pool may be heated for a fee of $100 per day.
