Motel a Johnson City

“The room was kind of dirty and looked rundown. We had towels stocked but no washcloths. We got some from the office and she was going to let housekeeping know about the oversight. Location was great for our needs. And the staff was really friendly. We stay at Super 8 alot. And, if the room had been clean, for the price I would have recommended it. But I won't stay here again. ”

“None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water. ”

“Conveniently located for birders, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Once we figured out how the faucet worked, there was plenty of hot water for nice long showers. Overall, this was a clean and comfy room at a reasonable price - and Bertram is a charming small town to explore.”

“I requested a room at the end of the hall and they accommodated my request. I really appreciated that. The room didn't have a coffee maker or refrigerator, but it was clean and comfortable.”

“Everything was fine except for the stained towels and the remote control did not work properly. The back kept falling off even though they tried to keep it together with tape. But... the owners are great and very polite so we will stay there again. Great customer service goes a long way. I didn't complain about anything but I'm sure they would had replaced the remote and given me different towels. Good thing I always pack our own.”
