“E' andato tutto molto bene salvo un disguido di ordine amministrativo che siamo in attesa che venga risolto. L'albergo è molto bello, comodo, il personale è molto gentile. La posizione è un pò troppo isolata, a piedi non si può ragiungere nulla.”

“First of all, I had a friend stay with me that arrived before I did, The manager charged my card and gave receipt to her. I was planning on using a different card to pay with at the end of our stay. I was charged for the entire 2 day stay, even tho I had cancelation insurance with Expedia. (on going issue). We got to the hotel late, I washed my face and turned down the covers only to find MULTIPLE hairs on the sheets, crumbs that looked like coffee grounds and one of the pillows had...

“Room was clean. Elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Fridge in my room did not work, which I bought drinks and was hoping to put in there. My son was looking forward to the pool and it was out of service. Staff was nice!”

“Disgusting room, sticky carpet, smelly room, wet sheets.. Shana is the one that denied a refund on a second day stay that we were not even present for. We left shortly after checking in the first day because of how gross everything was. So please choose ANYTHING other than this place. We switched to the La Quinta inn and it was AMAZING. Right across the street. WAY BETTER”
