“Our stay at the Trunk Road Motel was excellent. The staff were very friendly when we checked in and gave us complementary water bottles. There were designated parking spaces and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were great, with the TV, fridge, and microwave working. The bathroom was clean and had a fan, window, working shower and sink; our only complaint would be that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. “Though I had prepaid through Expedia (and momentarily forgot), the very unfriendly person at the desk tried to charge me again by taking my credit card. The place looks good from outside but one of the two rooms had a broken bed, and other issues... Advise you to never book or plan to stay at this place!!!”
