“The staff is soo good there. Its our third time, and we wont be choosing anywhere else. The front coordinator was soo nice, the cleaning staff is laughing an having fun. Everything is spotless. I honestly think there underpaid probably by how amazing they are the few times weve been there so far. Ill be there every week for a bit until i leave state for work, and ill be looking for ihg everywhere i travel now due to this lacey, wa location. :) someone needs to recognize these staff. ”

“Check in was smooth. David was helpful. Thin dinner menu, but Sunday breakfast was generous. The pool was clean. Parking was easy and the area was quiet. The halls had new carpet. The bed was comfy. That said, the room was stuffy and I could not get the window open. It appeared the fan on the wall unit wasn’t working. Also the curtain would not close fully.”

I would like to have more fruit available for breakfast, and whole grain bread and bagels. That said, I think the selections were ample for guests on the SAD (standard American diet) and probably appropriate for most hotel clientele. “The room was nice and the kitchenette and entertainment components were clean and modern. The entrance to the driveway needs a big sign where to turn. The number for the address is there but we ounch that into maps and need the hotel name there! The driveway is really skinny between other businesses. The staff was friendly . I had several questions and they answered them with a smile, but when I tried to use the TV in the fitness room on the first night and it didnt work and the same problem...
