“We got a suite and it felt incredibly dingy and worn out. There were marks on the walls and parts of the carpet had snagged and ripped. The layout was very weird and it looked as if it was missing furniture and there were some dents in the walls. I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall). “Everything was perfect”

“A bit unpleasant oder prevailed as we first entered the hallway. Under the inside top rim of the toilet was a rim of black who knows what. It was strange to have to sign that we'd not cause any trouble.”

“Didn’t know hotel was under renovation when I made reservations. Would have liked to know before I made reservation and got to site. Staff very apologetic and helpful during stay. Internet and TV are basically nonexistent due to no signal most of stay.”

“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”

“Extra spacious renovated rooms . We were delighted to stay in this room as kids enjoyed thoroughly . Ideal for outside food delivery ( even though it took some extra time ) Breakfast has many options .”
